Hebei Golden Gate Pharmaceutical Import & Export Co., Ltd. was established in 2011. We are a professional enterprise engaged in the import and export trade of pharmaceutical products. Our main business scope includes the export of chemical APIs and intermediates, chemical preparations, medical consumables, medical devices and other products, which are sold to many countries and regions around the world.
What is your company's quality management system?
We have established a comprehensive quality management system that strictly follows the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) . We have a professional quality control team that strictly screens and audits suppliers and conducts quality inspections on each batch of products to ensure that exported products meet international standards and the requirements of the target market.
Does your company accept third-party audits or factory inspections?
Yes, we welcome and actively cooperate with customers for third-party audits and factory inspections. We have passed audits from many internationally renowned pharmaceutical companies and institutions and have accumulated rich experience in factory inspections. If you need to arrange a factory inspection, please contact our business department in advance, and we will provide you with detailed inspection arrangements and relevant documents.
What types of pharmaceutical products does your company provide?
We mainly provide three categories of pharmaceutical products:
◦ APIs and Intermediates: Including antipyretic and analgesic, antibiotic, cardiovascular, digestive system and other APIs and intermediates
◦ Preparations: Including tablets, capsules, injections, granules, ointments and other dosage forms

What are your product quality standards?
Our products are produced and tested in strict accordance with international standards and the requirements of the target market. We can provide products that meet various standards such as Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP), United States Pharmacopeia (USP), European Pharmacopoeia (EP), British Pharmacopoeia (BP), Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP), etc. All products come with a complete Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Can your company provide product samples?
Yes, we can provide product samples for customers. Generally, we provide a small amount of free samples, but the shipping cost is borne by the customer. For samples with higher value or larger quantity, we may charge a certain sample fee, which can be deducted from subsequent orders. If you need samples, please contact our business department and specify the product name, specification and quantity you need.
How do you select your API suppliers?
We have established a strict supplier evaluation and management system. When selecting suppliers, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of their production qualifications, quality management system, production capacity, technical level, environmental compliance and other aspects. Only suppliers who pass our strict audit can become our qualified suppliers. We also conduct regular re-evaluations of suppliers to ensure they continue to meet our requirements.
Have your preparation products been registered in the target market?
Some of our preparation products have been registered in many countries and regions. For products that have not yet been registered, we can assist customers in the registration process and provide various technical documents and support required for registration. If you need to know the registration status of specific products, please contact our business department.
Can your company provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we can provide professional OEM/ODM services for customers. We can customize product formulas, packaging designs, label production, etc. according to customer requirements. We have a strict quality control system to ensure that the quality of OEM/ODM products meets customer requirements and relevant standards.
What packaging specifications do your preparation products have? Can you provide custom packaging?
Our preparation products have a variety of packaging specifications to choose from, such as aluminum-plastic blister packaging, bottled, bagged, etc. The specific packaging specifications vary by product. We can also customize packaging according to customer requirements, including packaging materials, packaging specifications, label content, etc. If you need custom packaging, please contact our business department in advance, and we will provide you with a detailed packaging plan and quotation.
What payment methods does your company accept?
We accept various international payment methods, including:
Letter of Credit (L/C): This is our most commonly used payment method. We recommend using an irrevocable sight L/C
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): Generally, we require a 30% advance deposit, and the balance is paid before shipment
The specific payment method can be negotiated with our business staff when signing the sales contract.
How long is your quotation valid?
Our quotation is generally valid for 30 days. Due to possible changes in raw material prices, exchange rates and market conditions of pharmaceutical products, quotations beyond the validity period need to be reconfirmed. If you are interested in our quotation, please contact our business staff as soon as possible to ensure the validity of the quotation.
What is your delivery time?
Delivery time depends on product type, quantity and production situation:
Products in stock: Generally shipped within 7-15 days after receiving the deposit
APIs that need to be produced without stock: Generally shipped within 30-60 days after receiving the deposit
Preparations that need to be produced without stock: Generally shipped within 45-90 days after receiving the deposit
Customized products: Delivery time will be negotiated separately according to specific circumstances
We will clearly agree on the delivery time with you when signing the sales contract and make every effort to deliver on time. If delivery is delayed due to force majeure or other special circumstances, we will notify you in a timely manner and negotiate a solution.
