Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Boosts Development of Modified Innovative Drugs

On June 4, Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SSY Group) entered into a scientific research cooperation with Anhui Xinzheng Heyin Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., signing a letter of intent for two Class 2 modified new chemical drug projects. This cooperation marks a key initiative of SSY Group to accelerate its R&D and innovation transformation and expand its innovative drug pipeline, signifying that the Group has stepped into a new phase of innovative drug development.

Per the agreement, the two parties will jointly develop a Class 2.2 antispasmodic medicine for children and a Class 2.3 therapeutic drug for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Both are modified new chemical drugs designed to address unmet clinical medical demands.
